"I just got back in town and wanted to shout out State Farm Agent Katie Harris, she proved to truly be a “Good Neighbor” on Friday, September 3rd, 2021. I was traveling to Orlando, FL early Friday morning (6 a.m.) with family and friends when we were t-boned by another car. The airbags deployed in both cars, leaving them disabled. After we called the police, my aunt immediately called her agent, Katie Harris…and she answered (at 6 something in the morning). She guided her through the claim process and told her what to do to secure a rental. Once the rental agencies opened, all of us started calling to see if any cars were available. No one had cars due to the holiday weekend. My aunt called her agent @Katie Harris State Farm back, told her there were no cars available and we would likely have to cancel our trip. Katie made a few calls, and found a rental available in Hiram, GA. Not only did she locate a rental, but she also picked it up and drove it to us in McDonough, GA (55.8 miles one way).
